A Reasonable Cross-Sectional Area of Tinned copper conductor (25 wires of 0.10mm) and dense Spiral (Helical) Shielding with Tinned Wires (65 wires of 0.10mm) gives a complete Shield achieving coverage of more than 95% + aluminium foil gives more than 100% shield.
Nominal OD of 4.00mm Gives reduce overall diameter for varied users.
